We will immediately work on it, take corrective steps to resolve your complaint & get back to you within 48 hours. While submitting your grievances would request explain us in detail & if possible, attached the supporting evidence in given complaint box.
Once you fill the given form your complaint will be reached to only “Responsible Person” and not to any sales or customer care team. And then concern department will work accordingly.
We don’t want any supplier, customer should use this form as we don’t want our supplier or customer come across with any problem still if any case if you use this form it will be alarm bell for us & we will immediately work on it.
